If you have a subject you want to focus on, this book makes for an easy sueprtraining and can introduce you to areas of training that can be added to to your program. Some sections were obviously more interesting than others, and some of supertrainng researches mentioned were at least 40 years old; nevertheless, Supertraining is still a tour-de-force.

It truly is a comprehensive guide to sport science. Which is unfortunate since it is a great resource but also admittedly difficult reading.
